When the coffee arrived, I grab the bag and immediately notice that it was for ground coffee instead of whole bean like I requested. I immediately notified the owners via email to let them know of the discrepancy, after I checked my order to make sure I didn't order the incorrect thing. The process was extremely simple. She was courteous enough to allow me to keep the bags that were already here at my house, and sit out the correct items to me quickly. I was so glad to get the correct items. I am proud to support small businesses. Way to go Cam! Love the coffee as well!
